Why supplementation to our body is important (fitness and Bodybuilding)?

The formation of our body is by a group of Cells – Tissues – Organ – Organ Systems. We eat food to quench our hunger. These are the most essential supplements for health fitness and bodybuilding.

1. Protein

This is one of the most important nutrients for our body. Protein works as a building block for our body’s cells and tissues. It strengthens the tissues and functions as fuel for it. It also provides energy to cells in good density. This is one of the most important sources to recover tissue breakdown while doing a workout or any other physical activity. Every 9 out of 10 people is a deficit in protein. Protein is the branch of essential amino acids. Our whole body is formed by protein and as per W.H.O, our body requires 1gm/1kg protein.

There is a total of 20 amino acids. Five amino acids Alanine, Aspartic acid, Asparagine, Glutamic Acid, and Serine easily synthesize in our body. Another six Arginine, Cysteine, Glycine, Glutamine, Proline, and Tyrosine amino acids can be easily available in our daily diet. Although rests of 9 amino acids are needed to outsource through extra diet or supplements.

A fatty acid is also one of the best and most important supplements to maintain fitness levels and bodybuilding.   There are three types of fatty acids Omega3, Omega6, and Omega9. Omega9 synthesizes in our body and Omega6 can easily be taken from the food but we can not Omega3. As per W.H.O the ratio between Omega3 and Omega6 should be 1:5. But due to an unhealthy diet and extra fast food, the ratio has become 1:70.

Fat is very essential but it should be balanced. Omega3 is considered as good fat and it is good for the heart and mind. Balance of Omega3 in the body maintains the blood circulation in our body. When the blood circulation and blood quality are getting better than the nutrients reach every part of the body. A good source of omega3 fatty acids is Salmon Fish. 4. Calcium

Our body will weaker and at the age of 50+, we have to face many health issues.

This supplement also has the quality to improve brain function and balance cholesterol level.
