Significance of Life : A Business Owner and Employee

It has been written in “Hindu Granth”, a human gets a human avatar after 84 lakh Yoni. It means that this life is precious. This article is only for those who do not believe in rebirth (Punarjanm) if you do so. So please skip to read it. In this modern era, everybody knows that life is only one and we can repeat it and it gives only one chance to design your career or future. There is no compulsion for all because it is your life and your choice (Business or Job).

People do not choose their future on their own; actually, we follow others’ and our elders’ ideologies and perceptions of it. We can only advise others if we have the experience or knowledge about it. There are two ways to earn money, one is a “Job” or the second is “Business”. This category simply defined that if we are into the job, then we advise others for Job but if we are building a business, then we advise others accordingly. According to Forbes magazine, there are 95% of people work in the Job category and only 5% of people are in the Business category. There is nothing bad and embarrassing to do a job or business. Both categories have their own significance. It is not necessary, what we are doing. Important is that where is our satisfaction.

Does Money Matter for satisfaction?

Money is the primary source to fulfill any basic needs whether it is Roti, Kapda, or Makaan (Bread, Clothes, and Home). Although we can say that without money we can not survive. As all the fingers are not equal in the same manner, the satisfaction criteria also vary from person to person.

If we compare satisfaction with money, then we can say that “YES” it matters. Money is the driving force of any work. It helps us to move ahead and work hard. It attracts people to dream high. Money works as a reward when any work is done. We feel contentment when getting a handsome amount for any work by us. Although we do also feel satisfied to pay money for any service, product, or good if the quality of that particular is full of contentment. Hence, our need for money only matters that what we are going to do. Let’s discuss its significance of it separately.

Significance of Business owner and their lifestyle:

We can define a business owner, who creates their own system, and team and build a huge network. The size of a network of people, and customers describe the Net worth of the company. There are lots of attributes to being a business owner. The business owner has their own working style to give the world a different vision and platform. It is not easy to start a business and makes it successful. As per economics terms, a successful business only can define after five years when it hits the breakeven point. The Breakeven point decides whether there is profit or loss. There is 90% of businesses shut down due to loss and only 7% of businesses survive for five years. Only 3% of businesses run successfully.

Most people have great and unique ideas to start a business nevertheless they are unable to do so because the business requires many more to start like:

This is one of the best attributes to be a business owner. Business owner provides a platform to many degree holders and family person where they can exploit their education and up bring their family. There are many private limited companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Amway, Reliance, TATA, IBM, Infosys, KPMG, Wipro, Facebook, etc are creating millions of opportunities for others. These companies are also started from small scale and converted into a large scale. Millions of youngsters are making their careers in these companies worldwide and enjoying their life very lavishly. All the business owner of these companies is opportunity provider and many more for society.

2. No Income Capping/ Unlimited Income

Money is directly proportionate to time, hence business owners learn that how to compound the time. They create a system and Network due to this they leverage their time and resource. When they able to do so they unlimited the time and after doing so they start earning unlimited income. They can buy all the luxury gadgets whether it is cars or bikes.

Business owners understand the importance of money, hence they believe to invest money rather than saving money. They learn that money is directly related to time therefore they never waste their precious time in trifling matters. Business owners inculcate the quality to invest money in time hence, they mostly use airways to save their time. They also enjoy much more activity in the same 24 hours because they have such a mindset to use every single minute. Money begets money and utilization of time can help that.

Every business owner has the leadership quality to lead his/her entire organization. Good leaders always ready to develop themselves, therefore, they always read intellectual books. Self-development helps to pace with current scenarios and modern situations. This is one of the best attributes to influence employees who always ready to work for them although ready to pay extra time for their organization.

Most business owners whether they have small-scale industries or large-scale industries. They are ready to donate money to needy people. They run many NGOs, Shelters, and Asylums for people. If a person has plenty of money so they can do so and the business owner is one of them.

We categorize people based on money. Most people have money but less financial literacy to invest in them. Business owners believe to earn assets-based income. A great financial adviser and economist Mr. Robert T. Kiyosaki explain in his book that the cash flow of assets-based income never stops. They learn to create assets in spite of liabilities, therefore this part of income is easily transferable to the next generation. Passive income is the income when the person is not physically available in the workplace although money flow not stops.

“Sky has not limited”, by keeping the view of the above-mentioned attributes, it has been saying that we have one life and we have to enjoy all the aspects of life. We all have to learn and teach others what we have to do in our future.

Significance of Job/Employee and their lifestyle:

We can define an employee in two categories. First is an Employee who works for others or any organization whether he is a president of any country or peon of any company. Second is a Self employee who works for themselves like Doctors, Advocates, shopkeepers, etc. As per Robert T. Kiyosaki, there is 95% population globally comes in this category. Now we can imagine the importance and the strength of this category.

Employee basically utilizes their time, education, skills, and experience then they get an income that -is called active income. As long as a person is available physically and provides his valuable time 8-10 hours daily to any organization then he/she can get an income. There are many attributes and significance to be an employee:-

1. Active & Secure Income

This is one of the best attributes to be an employee; there is active and secure income. An employee does not worry about any goal and target to achieve unless he/she is in a sales job to get a salary. If a person in the government sector, she/his life is completely secure till retirement and they do not have to worry about the monthly salary. In any sector, an employee has to give their limited to the organization in a day and they get salary accordingly. As we can see above the Business owner has all the thing unlimited and they can enjoy whatever they want. The employee has to compromise with many things and they have to sacrifice due to lack of money. Money is everything and most important source to fulfill the basic needs but just basic need is not enough to enjoy life. We have to bring balance to our lives if we want to feel contentment in this birth.
