Which Supplements Should I Take?

Most people think that supplements are basically used by gym lovers, especially bodybuilders because they need extra nutrition to pump their bodies. About 70-80% of people think supplements are powder which is very harmful to our body and there are lots of side effects.

Up-to some extent it is right although most doctors are also against the same it depends that which supplement you are using.

Our body is just like a vehicle that requires fuel to drive it. As long as the fuel has of good quality, the engine of the vehicle will run smoothly and require low maintenance. In the same manner, our body requires proper nutrition which makes our body healthy, and low maintenance is required.


Supplements and their function

When we fill the nutrition gap or deficiency with any other form of substance or thing that is called Food supplementation. It is available as Protein, Multivitamins, Omega3, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Echinacea, Glucosamine, Iran, etc. Example:-

  • When any student takes the extra copy in the exam, it means that the available copy is not sufficient to write, it is also called a supplement copy.
  • When we enjoy without sugar tea and add the extra sugar so that sugar functions as a supplement for tea. 

The supplement is important for all people because in modernization we are not taking sufficient Protein, Vitamins, Minerals, and fat in our food, due to this we have to face the deficiency and due to this many serious diseases occur like cardiovascular, diabetes, Blood Pressure, Bone pain, Migraine, Hair fall, Weakness, etc.

Hence, If we want to be healthy so must fill the gap in our diet with supplements. 

Types of Supplements:

1. Synthetic Supplement–The industrial process of these supplements are basically not as much authentic and satisfying. The manufacturing process contains lots of artificial colors, tastes, and nutrients in these supplements. There are approx 15%-30% original ingredients used only and the rest of 70%-80% is chemical.

2. Isolated Supplement – This form of supplement is much better than synthetic. Manufacturing is completed and goes from many processes. The raw materials of these supplements basically used by the manufacturer are not tested and the quality of these products is not guaranteed. There are only 25%-35% good ingredients and the rest of the chemicals.

3. Organic (Food & Dietary Supplements)–This form of supplement is best in all the above-mentioned categories because in these supplements company agriculture the plants, fruit, and vegetable in their own fields.

The location of fields, seeds, soil, water, and the air were tested all in labs and only agriculture taken place.

They basically use active ingredients from the plants and the good thing is that the consumer is the first person who touched the product before consume only. There are 80% -90% of ingredients are available in the products and the rest of the chemicals used by the company only which are not harmful to the body.

Health is Wealth – but it depends on what we are eating”

There is no doubt “Health is Wealth” but it depends on what we are putting inside our body and stomach. People easily get confused when they saw a lot of products available in the market but they choose only which are provided by sellers with heavy discounts and margins.

In this era youth are fitness freaks but they do not have the patience to come in shape. They basically want to look like any Bollywood Actor or model in just a few weeks or months. It is not possible although they do not have any idea which type of diet they are having & how much effort they are doing in the gym.

Most of the Gym lovers follow their coaches for supplements and some people use “Steroid & Dianabol” tablets for early results. Research says that these tablets have many side effects if we are taking them for a long period of time.

It has been found that the youths are using the supplements which are recommended by their Gym coaches. Somewhere it has become their business for them. They provide only that supplement i.e., Synthetic and Isolated, which dealers provide at a heavy discount.

There are several brands are available in the market which people easily get a heavy discount. They also found that the products are not genuine or copies of any other big brands. It is a suggestion for the youth to take the original brand only from those distributors who have the dealership of that brand.

Which types of Supplements are good?

The formation of the body starts with Cell-Tissue-Organ-Organ System. It says that if our cells are strong, then our immunity is strong and then our body will be fit. What else we are eating directly goes to cells. If we are consuming bad food in our diet that directly affects our body cells. It means our cells are also not healthy and the death rate of the cells will be increased in our body.

Once the death rate of the cells increases our body feels lethargic and sluggish. Hence, we need to take a good diet and good supplement which has a good percentage of active ingredients that as Organic Supplements.

Scientist Carl F. Rehnborg develops the first Organic Multivitamins & Nutrients product in 1930. Later on, people understand the importance of these organic supplements. These products are sold by the name “Nutrilite” and now this is also the world’s largest selling brand.

The manufacturing of these brands’ supplements is highly tested and authentic. It has its own R&D labs and qualifies for all the quality checks. In the same way, some other brands are also available in the market which can easily available.
